Austinvilla Estate

Tracey and her husband Brad, together with her father Noel, discovered Austinvilla Estate in 2016. The property was rundown and in desperate need of some love. Despite the state of the property, they fell head over heels for its simple elegance and spectacular hinterland backdrop.
Shortly after purchasing Austinvilla, they embarked upon a grueling schedule, fuelled by passion and dreams to salvage and restore the integrity of an iconic venue.
The Estate consists of 10 guest cottages, an award-winning Regal suite, a treehouse, the main Homestead, and a reception venue including a bar, pool room, and catering kitchen, three boutique bunkhouses, a conference centre, swimming pool and tennis court. Our aim is to provide a beautiful experience for our guests’ most memorable events.

From utilising solar panels and off-grid electricity to conserving water through tank systems and implementing eco-friendly practices like paper straws and recycled materials, every effort is aimed at minimising our environmental footprint. At Austinvilla Estate, we provide products and services that ensures all people are welcome and treated with equity and dignity. This is further supported by the accessability and how we have made the property fully accessible for people with limited mobility or accessability hardships to the way they are treated by our staff onsite. We offer wheelchair friendly rooms and same sex weddings and gender neutral events.
