Warradjan Cultural Centre

Gagudju Lodge Cooinda also operates Warradjan Cultural Centre which is just 1km from the lodge. Showcasing paintings and crafts by the local indigenous clans, these works have captured the international art world’s admiration. You can also discover the culture that spans a millenia. Admission is free.

Spread beneath a canopy of trees beside Yellow Water Billabong, Gagudju Lodge Cooinda attracts visitors with varied interests for its dazzling bird life, guided cruises and fishing charters, and close proximity to Kakadu’s magnificent waterways and falls.

Gagudju Lodge Cooinda offers 48 air conditioned lodge rooms in a beautiful bush setting with access to everything the traveller to Kakadu could need.

Facilities include the Barra Bar and Bistro, Mimi’s Restaurant, an internet café, a large swimming pool in landscaped gardens, a petrol station, tour desk and general store. Access is available year round by road, or by chartered planes to its own airport.
