Wander by a pristine rainforest creek, explore guest-only walking tracks, or join a guided Rainforest Connections Walk – a two-hour forest-bathing style experience. With a mix of comfortable motel-style accommodation, a laid-back campground and an on-site licensed restaurant for delicious meals for lunch and dinner, Daintree Siesta invites you to slow down, switch off, and reconnect – naturally.

Sustainability Commitment

We are an off-grid eco-stay located in peaceful Kaba Kada, near Cape Tribulation, in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest. Our operations are guided by sustainability principles across energy, water, waste and community. We use solar power, source water via an on-site bore, and apply low-impact infrastructure and waste minimisation practices to reduce our environmental footprint. We support biodiversity conservation, local climate action and responsible tourism that protects both the environment and the community. While we are not yet in active partnership with Traditional Owners, we recognise the cultural significance of the land and are committed to ongoing respectful engagement. Every stay contributes to the protection and regeneration of this World Heritage ecosystem.
