The Daintree Wilderness Lodge was born with minimal disruption to the rainforest and work done by hand. The journey of the Lodge now continues with Giorgio, Vivienne and their family. As owners who have travelled the world, they fell in love with the uniqueness and environmental significance of this UNESCO World Heritage List region. Through modern and elegant design and sustainable choices, like their solar panels, they hope further to accentuate the natural aspect of the tropical rainforest and allow our guests to discover the magic of the Daintree Rainforest. Their vision is for our guests to have a deep connection with this remote land, wildlife and culture. To be touched and advocate for this relic of the great Gondwanan forest.

Daintree Wilderness Lodge

Daintree Wilderness Lodge is the home to seven cabins and a restaurant set on 25 acres in the Daintree Wilderness section of the heritage listed Wet Tropics. Our aim is to provide guest with a comfortable stay while having minimal impact on the local environment. We supply our own electricity, Water and sewerage systems.
