Certified under the Quality Tourism Australia Framework for Sustainable Tourism and rated 4.5 Stars NABERS for electricity, our operations reflect a high standard of sustainability and innovation. Our initiatives focus on five key pillars: waste management, reduction of single-use items, energy and water conservation, guest engagement, and team education. We’ve already diverted over 50% of our waste from landfill, with a target of 60% by 2026. Single-use plastics have been phased out hotel-wide, and we’re investing in high-efficiency systems—including LED lighting, upgraded HVAC, and EV charging stations—to cut our energy and water use by 10% annually. Guests play a central role in our efforts. Through our “Room Refresh” program, dual recycling bins in rooms, and water refill stations throughout the hotel, we make it easy for visitors to make sustainable choices during their stay. Internally, we foster a culture of environmental stewardship through regular training, staff incentives, and community collaboration. Our journey is ongoing.
