One of the most unique and beautiful wineries in Australia practising regenerative, organic farming, following permaculture growing principles to make award-winning wines from an array of botanicals with over 40 different types of fruit and flowers grown organically on the property to turn into wine. We operate on the philosophy of land care, people care, fair share and value education of future generations. Complimentary wine tasting at cellar door offering takeaway wine sales. Currently offer bookable experience including 1)The Winemaker’s Secret Garden – An eco warriors way to winemaking. 2) Foraging & Mixology – Flipping the cellar door experience so that guests can pick and create their own spritzers, decorated with edible flowers and organically grown flora that they have hand picked in the gardens at the winery. 3) Chocolate & Wine Pairing – a decadent pairing served in the stunning gardens featuring local chocolatier Luka Chocolate. 4) Aboriginal Storytelling & Wine tasting Experience – Storytelling with an Aboriginal Elder and wine tasting with the winemaker including tastings of indigenous native plants grown on the property that are used as ingredients in the winemaker process. 5) Group wine tasting 6) Wedding ceremonies and photography in the award winning garden Free events Monthly Matcham/ Holgate Produce Share Annual Easter Egg hunt
