Kingfisher Bay Resort

Kingfisher Bay Resort is a fully-integrated ecotourism hotel designed to give guests an enjoyable nature-based experience on World Heritage-listed K’gari (Fraser Island), while creating minimal impact on the environment. Self-contained accommodation is also available. Kingfisher’s interpretive rangers take guests to explore the island on eco-accredited day tours and the resort’s grounds provide the basis of Ranger-guided walks and talks.

K'gari Explorer Tours Two Day Tour of K'gari(Fraser Island)

Each activity is aimed to provide insight into the formation of K’gari (Fraser Island); the island’s fascinating flora and fauna; bush tucker; or the island’s complex dunal system.
