Comprising of 214 Hotel Rooms and Apartments, a state-of-the-art 360 pax Conference Facility, 120 Seat Trader Restaurant and the Republic Tavern Brew Pub with a capacity to entertain 300pax.

At Mantra Melbourne Epping, we are committed to implementing responsible environmental practices across our daily operations. We acknowledge the environmental impact caused by the tourism industry and have reduced our carbon footprint through the below initiatives. • Sustainable Tourism Certified by Eco Tourism Australia • Removal of single-use plastic amenities, and the introduction of bulk refillable wet amenities. • Diverting food waste from our kitchens and repurposing this waste into a renewable energy source and organic fertiliser. • Replacement of guest pillows with DreamGreen pillows, repurposing 23 plastic bottles per pillow. • Introduction of ‘I am not paper’ takeaway coffee cups, a reusable, recyclable and next-gen compostable cup and lid. • Repurposing the beer waste generated in Republic Tavern to form the base of our vodka and gin products distilled on-site. Introduction of our Green-room program which rewards guests who opt out of daily servicing.
