Mantra Sierra Grand

Sustainability Commitment

At Mantra Sierra Grand Broadbeach, we are committed to embedding sustainability into every facet of our daily operations to minimise our impact on the environment and protect our natural spaces for generations to come. During your stay, we invite you to join us in protecting the natural beauty and cultural richness of our wonderful city through the below: The air conditioning in your room has been pre-set to 23 degrees upon check-in to save electricity – we encourage you to keep it at this temperature. Please be sure to utilise our room’s curtains to keep the sun from heating up your room and ensure the balcony door is closed while the air conditioner is running. We encourage you to dispose of any eligible 10c containers in the charity bins can be found on levels B1 and B2. The funds raised will support the local community charity, 10 Cent Tom. If you wish to learn more about the cultural and environmental characteristics of our unique city, we encourage you to engage in the below. The Gold Coast Botanic Gardens are rich in natural and cultural value, home to Butterfly Gardens. Through a range of guided (and self-guided) walks, you can learn about an array of native species, their significance, and how to care for them! If you want to get out into nature and stay active during your stay, the council run an array of Active and Healthy events throughout the city’s parks and nature reserves. Gold Coast is situated on the land of the Yugambeh/Kombumerri peoples. If you wish to learn more about their rich cultural history, we recommend you visit the Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre or take part in one of the council's First Nations arts & culture programs. The Mantra Sierra Grand team is dedicated to supporting wildlife conservation and protecting the planet. We invite you to join us in making a difference by turning off your lights during Earth Hour, taking three pieces of rubbish with you when leaving the beach or any other location, and participating in Take 3 for the Sea. You can also join us on Clean Up Australia Day. Every small action has a meaningful impact in preserving the environment.
