The aboriginal translation of Noonaweena means “Resting Place in the Bush “ and it lives up to that name with different types of accommodation from B & B for couples right up to conferences for 30 plus delegates

Sustainability Commitment

Noonaweena is an Australian bush retreat situated on an 100 acre property overlooking the Yengo National Park. Our name translates to 'resting place in the bush' and acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Darkinjung Aboriginal country. We are committed to using our resources wisely through the use of initiatives such as solar power, self sufficient water supply, an enviro cycle septic system, recycling, composting, LED lighting, rain tanks, use of local and organic produce and a strong heritage and community focus. There are four lodgings on site;Gymea House (5 rooms), Biram House (6-8 rooms), Treetops (1 bedroom executive apartment) and Boronia Cottage (2 rooms).
