FEATURED HALL OF FAME

Paronella Park

Built in the 1930’s, Paronella Park is one of Queensland’s earliest, and most popular, tourist attractions. Featuring waterfalls, bridges, tunnels, and castles, along with over 7,000 plants & trees, this property is a visual smorgasbord of spectacular beauty. Guided tours run all day sharing the story of Jose Paronella, a young Spaniard, and his seemingly impossible dream to emigrate to Australia and build a Spanish pleasure garden. Nightly, the Park comes alive with a light and sound show that creates a feeling of magic and wonder that lingers long after your visit.
