Sustainability Commitment

Travelling daily to one of nature’s wonders has given us the motivation to act within our means, to inform our guests on the incredible diversity of life, and delicate balance that is required for the longevity of the Great Barrier Reef. We do this through on-board education, science-based surveying, encouraging our guests and crew to adapt eco-conscious habits, implementing a green supplier policy, and by being part of carbon-positive initiatives such as Reforest and the Daintree Gateway Restoration Project. This tree planting project is actively helping native species including, The Southern Cassowary, Daintree Rainbow Fish, and the Spectacled Flying Fox. Sustainability is a team effort, and as we work towards a more sustainable future, our impact on the environment—specifically biodiversity—is a top priority for us.
