Specialising in island camping transfers, small-group day trips, Water Bike eco tours, and guided walks, the business also supports hiking experiences across the Whitsunday Islands, including the Ngaro Sea Trail. Led by a Master Reef Guide, Scamper is committed to sustainability, environmental education, and protecting the region’s natural and cultural values while delivering safe, personalised experiences.

Sustainability Commitment

Both my husband and I have worked in the industry since we were little kids, showcasing the natural landscapes of our area whilst using best practices helps keep our area thriving and beautiful for people to enjoy. We took the plunge of quitting our day to day jobs to run our own business of camping transfers, operating around a daily schedule to maximize running costs, efficiency and providing an experience that creates fond memories for people whilst not being heard around with the many groups, a personalised experience that they can enjoy on their time. We also started a new adventure with Water Bike tours, a no emissions, eco friendly tour, showcasing the core habitats of the reef. They are fun, easy to operate, require no fuel, can go in shallow waters for great viewing, and best of all, don't disturb the marine life as they are whisper quiet!

Transfer to and from south molle island for walkers, and mountain bike riders for 3-4 hr unguided walking tour over South Molle Island

Island Camping

Transfers to and from Camp sites available within the Whitsunday Islands with camp gear available for hire

Water Bikes Guided Tour

1 hour guided tour, on pedal powered bikes from Shingley Beach and Shute Harbour, focussing on marine plant species and marine life with connection to the reef

Guided Bush Walking

Transfer across to South Molle Island where a guided tour is conducted, walking across the island grassland landscape and visiting breathtaking lookouts of the surrounding islands and the Whitsunday passage.
