Sustainability is at the core of every business decision we make, including sequestering 3,750 kg of carbon through oyster farming, abiding by Leave No Trace principles, and encouraging guests to do the same.

Oyster Farm Tour - Tour by boat (1.5hrs)
Participants take a boat tour of our working oyster farm on the Hawkesbury River, and harvest fresh Broken Bay Oysters (Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters).
Immerse yourself - Tour by boat and in water (2.5hrs)
A boat tour out to the oyster leases to learn about how oysters are farmed
After the tour out to the oyster farm lease, participants will disembark in waders in the water and walk over to their own table (note there may be other people at other tables)
Oyster farmers will freshly open oysters and teach participants how to open their own oysters while enjoying a refreshment and getting some iconic photos taken.
Oyster Elegance - Tour by boat and gourmet lunch (3hrs)
Enjoy a boat ride out to the oyster leases to learn about the evolution of farming and see the current cultivation methods we use to bring you the beautiful Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters you love.
Following the oyster farm tour, participants will be taken to a secluded beach (only accessible by boat) to enjoy a gourmet seafood lunch by the water with a refreshment.
