Distillery Tours

Includes guided tours of the museum and working distillery, where visitors learn about TMD’s history and can view both original and modern distilling equipment. These experiences typically last around 1.5 hours.

Classes & Workshops

Features a range of educational classes and hands-on experiences, such as spirit and liqueur making sessions and cocktail masterclasses, led by expert distillers and mixologists. Notable offerings include “Craft Your Own Spirit” and “Master the Art of Cocktails.”

Tastings

Offers a curated exploration of diverse liqueurs and spirits through Tasting Paddles. Options include a Liqueur Paddle featuring four selected flavours or curated paddles highlighting distilled gin, vodka, and rum paired with premium mixers and garnishes.

Cocktails & Food

Guests can savour a variety of curated and seasonal cocktails along with a selection of cheese and grazing platters. The most popular cocktail is the Espresso Martini featuring our Wattle Toffee Liqueur
