Here at The Chen, we are committed to embedding sustainability into every facet of our daily operations. We recognise that sustainability is an ongoing journey and are continually striving to reduce our carbon footprint at every opportunity. Single Use Plastics We are delighted to share our ongoing commitment to reducing single-use plastics in our guest rooms. As part of this initiative, we have made a significant decision to eliminate single-use amenities, taking a bold step towards a plastic-free environment. We understand the importance of preserving our planet for future generations. By removing single-use plastic amenities and replacing with eco-friendly pump dispensers or biodegradable options, we are significantly reducing our environmental footprint. Eco- Conscious Initiatives At The Chen, we are proud to be continually developing ways to reduce our environmental impact. A few of the ways we are achieving this so far is by:  Water saving initiatives where guests are encouraged to re-use bathroom towels  Room temperatures are set to 23 degrees for optimal efficiency and comfort  Recycled Rainwater is utilised in hotel toilet cisterns  Single use plastic water bottles are replaced with re-usable glass bottles
