The Salty Lime Co is a family-owned finger lime farm established in 2013. Situated on 133 acres, it’s just a short distance from the stunning beaches of the Capricorn Coast. This coastal farm exudes a rustic charm with a coastal vibe, using upcycled raw materials that perfectly complement the edgy art curated by local artists. Every corner of The Salty Lime Farm invites a sense of coming home. We offer a range of services, including weddings, events, glamping and camping, tours, school tours, retreats, and more. Our products include finger limes, both whole fruit and extracted pearls, honey, and our latest creation—Botanical Finger Lime Vodka.

Salty Lime Co - Fingerlime farm
The Salty Lime Co is an Australian, Family owned and operated Finger Lime orchard based in Emu Park on the stunning Capricorn Coast, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef. Only three minutes to our coastline we are privileged to have the beauty of the beach and bush come together to create a tranquil place to grow and fall in love with all things Finger Limes. We have 1500 Finger Limes in two varieties, Emerald Green and Byron sunrise (pink) and our season is December to June. Our Finger Lime Pearls are available all year round whilst our beautiful fresh fruit is seasonal. We are a chemical free, sustainably managed and completely off grid. We supply locally to our many incredible restaurants which showcase our produce in their exquisite dishes and cocktails. Fruit and vegetable retail outlets locally and Nationally along with International exporting in 2024.

Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while beginning your happily ‘ever’ after.
Glamping and camping
3 minutes away from Emu Park and it’s stunning coastline a secluded farm stay that takes you to the heart of rural Queensland bushland where you can relax and unwind. This campsite is surrounded by 360-degree views of beautiful native bushland and ocean views. The Salty Lime Co’s unrivalled Glamping experience means that you will wake up to the peaceful sound’s of the bush. While glamping can look forward to the kangaroo’s, birds and wildlife at your door or watching the sunset over the dam while you enjoy a platter for two.
